Julio Nakpil St. Malate, Manila Rokuro Izakaya, the latest Japanese resto (transplanted on the former Matina) along J.Nakpil, Malate, unassuming, unadorned, yet replete with good food. As you enter, you see another adjoining room where unfinished pots and loose clay are seen. Rokuro in japanese is Pottery Wheel. Thus the room. The food as they say is the star.
